Music is a huge part of my life. I’ve been making mixes since the late 80’s and haven’t stopped since.
I’ve created playlists for everything. Anniversaries, seasons, breakups, crushes, moves, birthdays, new jobs, yoga classes, workouts . . . you name it and I bet I have a playlist for it somewhere.
In the spirit of stepping into spring, I’ve created a new playlist to get you excited about the day. This is a great set to walk or run to or just dance around in your pajamas. Who doesn’t love that? Dancing is hands down my favorite cardio!
