In our weekend round-up, we focus on a curated selection of picks, for each of your six senses.
Plus a little bonus called DO GOOD. Because we believe in giving back and doing good. And there are so many great people + organizations out there, doing just that.
Miscellany.
Simple. Beautiful. Inspirational. And probably funny.
Grab a cup ‘o tea, a latte, or some other deliciousness and dig in.

Lately I’ve gotten super into dresses. I don’t have that many (that I like) in my wardrobe. But I’m just now understanding what an easy, fashionable piece of clothing a dress is. When my eyes fell upon this beautiful red maxi dress (from Nomad by Morgan Carper) I almost fell off my chair. It’s like a vivacious grecian dream this dress. The perfect (easy) accompanyment to holiday entertaining and festivities. Simple, a bold pop of color and totally festive — consider this the perfect dress to celebrate the season (and beyond)!
Dear God. Is there anything that Tom Ford doesn’t do well? From his impeccably designed womenswear, luscious lip colors, no to mention his natural gifts as a storyteller and filmmaker — in my humble opinion, it doesn’t get much better than this. One of his signature private blend eau de parfum’s, Tobacco Vanille. I dare you not to fall in love with it.
I discovered The Loveumentary via my friend (and TGWK Guest Editor) Natalie Vartanian. As the advocate for all things love + sex + relationships, I knew when she mentioned this project, that I should take a peek (or listen). I downloaded the podcast and listened to one episode on the way to a meeting. And that one episode turned into more than five — so far. I’m such a fan of what Nate has created. It’s rare that you get to hear from REAL couples, who talk real talk about their relationship, life, money, sex, you name it. It’s both revealing and very educational. I highly recommend it!
As you might know by now, I’m a fan of all things crystal. Add to that my favorite meditation guide and jewelry and you pretty much have my heart. My dear friend and collaborator Jessica Snow has teamed up with the talented designer Melinda Lee Holm to create a series of wearable jewels to enhance your meditation experience. Your magical care package comes complete with a silver or brass necklace clad with powerful crystals, a selection of touchstones and an eight-page booklet with meditations crafted by Jessica. This is personal evolution at its most beautiful!
P.S. From now through December 5th, Jessica is offering 20% off everything in her online store w/ the code GRATITUDE. xo

Not only are Bellocq teas delicious but the packaging is some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. This award-winning Brooklyn based tea company is a go-to both for me personally and as gifts for loved ones. Hindu Holiday is a gorgeous, evocative, holiday-inspired tea blend. Naturally caffeine-free fair trade rooibos melds with luscious rose, jasmine and marigold petals and spicy cardamom, ginger and fragrant cassia. It is one of my absolute favorite teas for the winter months – a must try!
I love the feeling of accomplishment. Whether it’s as small as checking something off of my grocery list or as big as launching the brand new website of my dreams. But sometimes getting things done ain’t all that easy. I’m excited to try the 90-90-1 rule starting on Monday. It is a simple, but effective way to get your most important tasks of the day out of the way, 1st thing in the morning. And my guess . . . also feel deeply connected to your goals. Score!
I have been a supporter of the Delancey Street Foundation for more than a decade. The organization began in the Bay Area in 1971 and has now educated and helped transform the lives over 18,000 men and women. To read more about Delancey’s amazing accomplishments, go here. One of the ways that Delancey helps give accountability and marketable skills to their residents is through their Christmas tree lots each year. We began purchasing their trees a few years ago in the Bay Area and it has become a tradition that we are proud to continue. With each tree (wreath, garland or mistletoe) you buy, you are directly supporting the lives of these men and women who are so courageously turning their lives around. They are some of the most interesting, kind individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and I hope that you too will join me in supporting them and their efforts (and if you’re not in an area served by Delancey you can still give back here)!
