Lauren is a compassionate and grounded Reiki Energy Healer and Master Teacher who loves to travel and explore this beautiful planet. When Lauren is not in her ocean side office in Seal Beach, CA helping people understand how they exist on an energetic level, you may find her paddleboarding in turquoise waters, hiking through lush jungles, or exploring ancient ruins.
Working with the Reiki energy is part of her everyday life, both personally and professionally. She believes her purpose is to guide people to live from their Higher Selves, or the part of you that is infinite and eternal. She does this through 1:1 Reiki Healing Sessions, Teaching Reiki Classes, and Mentoring energy healers to create their own successful practices.
