As a Culture Development Guide with the Experience Design firm Starizon Studio, Ann supports organizations in creating vibrant cultures. In this work, she guides clients to connect the deepest intention of the organization with the highest aspirations of those working within its walls. Her passion to elevate the design of our social systems has led her to work in the fields of conflict resolution, policy, and social entrepreneurship. She believes that we all have the ability to create, live, and work in social spaces of meaning, connection, and purpose. Ann received her MA in Peace and Justice Studies with a Specialization in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the University of San Diego and her BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Utah. She can’t get enough of two things: chocolate and tea.
